You will play a key role in shaping our digital presence and enhancing our brand visibility in the competitive real estate market. You will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies tailored to our target audience, driving engagement and promoting our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies to promote Star Land's projects, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
2. Oversee all digital media channels including social media platforms, website, email marketing, online advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).
3. Create compelling and relevant content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
4. Analyze digital marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
6. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure digital initiatives support overall business goals.
7. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and professional growth.
8. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support digital marketing efforts as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards in all digital marketing activities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience (5Years) in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of digital media channels and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content management systems.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
5. Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging digital content and campaigns.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
7. Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and motivating teams to achieve goals.
8. Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
