Coordinate with Supervisors and reporting to Area Manager.

Take progress report of all MEP Sites and update MS Office and keeping book record.

Make sure provision of tools and inventory to all sites.

Maintain complaint record and taking necessary action for the best solution.

Taking daily attendance and updating salary sheets on attendance basis.

Solid understanding of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and building control systems.

This position will supervise all Mechanical and Electrical, item suppliers and vendors involved in the project, and coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical schedules, budgets, reports and documentation from sites.

The MEP Coordinator provides administrative responsibilities for the MEP portions. Including estimating, planning, scheduling, monitoring and quality assurance.

Providing budget review and value analysis.

Assist the project team with coordination and planning of the work with trades and subcontractors.
