Need a full time attorney to make contracts.
Incorporate and apply for embargo protection.
Read over loan contracts and do due diligence on investors.
Report crimes against the company and file lawsuits as well as cease and desist notices.
All business related. Lawsuits related to government spying on the business internationally.
Can work with lawfirms on contingency internationally but must do due diligence for lawsuits.
Job should be applied for if youre a well rounded legal mind.
