We are seeking an E-commerce Manager with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in managing online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling sales, marketing, and operations on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Etsy. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, optimize listings, and implement effective marketing strategies to increase our online presence and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and others.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and market share.
- Optimize product listings to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained and coordinate with the logistics team for timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with platform policies, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in e-commerce management.
- Expertise in managing Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Etsy platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional e-commerce platforms.
- Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
