Job Description

Design, develop and maintain MIS, official website and HRIS by collaborating with the relevant stakeholders; conduct requirement analysis, architecture, clean and scalable coding along with technical backstopping to the users. Provide I. T related support across SPO offices.

Main Responsibilities ·

Build and implement functional MIS, official website and HRIS ·
Setup, manage, support and maintain MIS and HRIS ·
Ensure data integrity and security relating to MIS and HRIS ·
Handle all IT related matters within the organization ·
Support and troubleshoot IT related complaints across SPO offices ·
Liaison with stakeholders for feeding electronic data, its compilation and generation of different reports ·
Prepare user manuals for MIS and HRIS ·
Ensure organizational data backup and security ·
Undertake field visits whenever directed ·
Organize information by analyzing, interpreting, and classifying data in the system ·
Test and deploy applications and systems ·
Revise, update, refactor and debug code ·
Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating outcomes

Other:

Adhere to SPO policies and promote participatory culture and demonstrate SPO’s values ·
Participate in professional development training as identified and approved by SPO ·
Carry out any other activities as assigned by the supervisor

Skills and competencies:

Must have hands on experience on C# .NET, ASP.NET, jQuery, Bootstrap, HighCharts, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server 2019, IIS, SSRS, PHP/MySql

Command on architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
