We are a well-established student consulting firm dedicated to assisting international students throughout their academic journey in Malaysia. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized one-on-one counselling sessions with prospective students to explore study options in Malaysia.
- Assist students in selecting suitable universities and academic programs aligned with their interests and qualifications.
- Guide students through the entire application process, including preparation of documentation and meeting admission requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with partner universities to stay informed about program offerings and admission criteria.
- Support students with visa application procedures and provide pre-departure assistance to ensure a smooth transition.
- Keep accurate records of student applications and monitor their progress throughout the admission cycle.
- Represent the organization at education fairs, webinars, and other promotional events to attract and engage prospective students.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Counseling, or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in student counselling or education consulting, with a preference for familiarity with Malaysian institutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students and various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple student cases and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge of international admission procedures and student visa requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience in study abroad consulting focused on Malaysia or the Southeast Asian region is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are considered a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000, complemented by performance-based incentives.
