We are seeking an experienced Email and SMS Marketing Expert to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, a proven track record of executing successful campaigns, and experience with marketing automation and segmentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives
Develop marketing strategies that leverage customer segmentation, personalization, and automation
Manage campaigns from end to end, including email design, content development, audience targeting, testing, deployment, and reporting
Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue
Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance, using A/B testing and other tactics to optimize results
Work with other marketing team members to ensure campaigns are coordinated with other marketing initiatives, such as social media and content marketing
Stay up-to-date with Email and SMS marketing best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to improve campaign effectiveness continuously

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as an Email and SMS Marketing Specialist or a similar role
Expertise in Email and SMS marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation
Experience with email marketing software platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing and reporting on campaign performance
Familiarity with Email and SMS marketing design and development best practices, including HTML and CSS
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
