Assistant Manager Admin & HR

Sukh Chayn Gardens (Pvt.) Ltd. is a suburban housing estate of Lahore located near Bahria Town with High quality living standards based on top of the line engineering & technology. We are looking for a competitive and hardworking Assistant Manage Admin & HR to coordinate and supervise all Admin and HR related activities in the society.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing human resources by recruiting, interviewing, and vetting potential staff;

2. Maintain personnel records and process necessary requests;

3. Assist in establishing office systems and ensure they are followed by General Petroleum.

4. Support logistics, travel and administrative arrangements for staff, consultants, and others as identified for operations and Management.

5. Oversee vehicle movement and maintenance coordinating operational needs;

6. Schedule meetings/training as requested and take minutes of these meetings;

7. Support and assist in maintaining probation records, carrying out staff annual appraisals.

8. Provide general word processing and typing; assist with maintaining Staff files and records;

9. Respond to general information requests from the public, including answering the telephone, greeting visitors and referring to appropriate staff;

10. Copy and distribute memos and correspondence; set up and maintain project files; plan and execute project procurement plan;

11. Assist in procurement requests, identify service providers, and evaluate information regarding vendor's performance, quality and prices;

12. Assist in soliciting bids, quotations, and tender documents, oversee bidding process & provide support for all procurement transactions, analyze them for conformity to specified requirements;

13. Ensure purchase orders status and keep Senior managers abreast of estimated time of delivery or any changes that may affect or modify the pre-determined delivery conditions;

14. Service agreements and lease contracts in compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

15. Manage procurement & logistics evaluations as necessary.

16. Perform any other task as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager Admin & HR in a reputable firm or relevant role

• Proficiency in English

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• MBA/Bachelors in HRM and other relevant disciples .

THE VISION OF 8 You know the classic story of how people with a vision get together to do something extra-ordinary? Well that is basically what SUKH CHAYN Gardens entail – The vision of 8 people that became a national identity. September 2004, THE DREAM The SUKH CHAYN Visionaries sought to introduce ‘the concept of high quality living standards based on top of the line engineering & technology at an affordable costing with a 100% transparent system’ to become one of the leading housing societies in Pakistan. November 2004, THE COMMITMENT It was not long after the origination of that vision that these visionaries took the bold step and came in possession of the land, 2132 Kanals to be exact, that set the foundation for SUKH CHAYN Gardens. They paid for & obtained the entire land etching themselves as the first housing estate in Pakistan to have a clear land title before even going public. December 2004, THE RECORD BREAKING MOU For the development of the housing infrastructure, these visionaries signed on with the CSCEC (China State Construction Engineering Corporation) who would go on to set the record of completing this housing estate in the record breaking period of less than a year & a half. April 2005, THE FOUNDATION STONE SUKH CHAYN GARDENS is the only housing estate in Pakistan that was designed and developed in collaboration with Peoples Republic of China. Hence, rightfully so, the unveiling of the foundation stone took place in April the following year that was graciously officiated by the, then Prime Ministers of Pakistan & China. December 2006, COMPLETION OF INFRASTRUCTURE By the end of 2006, Sukh Chayn Gardens was complete in all aspects. Comprising of all utilities like Roads, Parks, Landscaping, sewage, gas, storm drainage, fiber optics system & much more, SCG slogan was “BUY TODAY, BUILD TODAY”, that encompassed the ideology that take ownership of your land right then and there and start your lives in SCG today. A lot of thought and investment went into the landscaping of SCG. Fully grown trees of various species, at least 15 years old, were imported from Thailand with the ideal to improve the ambience & air quality of the community which is probably one of these many factors that played in to the purchase of residential plots. All of the residential plots were sold off in a mere time period of just 2 years – a testament to the fact that SCG delivered the ideal community living space in Lahore.
