Responsible for vendor development on regular basis.
Negotiate commission margins with the vendors
Coordinate all vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees.
Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to the management as required.
Participate in formulating workflow process, methods and policies that need to be applied on all the vendors.
Responsible for complete vendor onboarding process
Coordinate with the operations department to ensure all time vendor availability as per the need in order to fulfill the demand.
Meet monthly KPI Targets for vendor induction and other tasks.
Analyze vendor performance on regular basis and incentivize them for better quality and efficiency.
