Job Responsibilities include:
- Developing new Business and retaining the existing client base.
- Educate customers about our products and grow business by deepening and cross-selling.
- Handle and resolve customers' ongoing business and invoice queries/complaints.
- Maintain relationships with customers by assisting them and acting as their advocate in resolving business issues. (E.g. claim, damages etc.)
- Work closely with Sales, Accounts, Collection, Billing, and Operations to address customer needs/requirements in order to increase Sales revenue and to secure payment within the established timeline.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- Qualification minimum: Graduation or MBA Marketing from a HEC-recognized university.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical company
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills
- Ability to negotiate & good customer handling skills
