We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supermarket Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete management of the supermarket, including all operational and administrative tasks
- Supervision and coordination of staff
- Overseeing sales, purchases, and stock management
- Placing and managing orders with suppliers
- Ensuring excellent customer service and the smooth running of the store
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a managerial role (preferably in retail or supermarket operations)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Graduates will be given preference
