Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online marketing initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
Present and explain Summa Marketing's real estate marketing services and packages effectively.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations tailored to each client's specific needs.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate effectively with the marketing and design team to ensure successful campaign execution.
Stay informed about current market trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with the best possible advice.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients.
Strong understanding of the real estate market in Lahore.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
