The Intune Administrator role will provide a strategic connection point across multiple Information Technology and Information Security teams in the development & implementation of International Mission Board’s endpoint strategy.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, implementation, operation of Microsoft Endpoint Manager in support of both physical and virtual computing environments.
Utilize InTune’s cloud-based functionality to enforce both mobile device management and mobile application management best practices.
Role will leverage additional functionality such as Desktop Analytics, AutoPilot, and the Device Management Admin Center (DMAC).
Oversee the design, implementation, and operation of Jamf Pro in support of all Apple-based endpoints used for company work, both personal and company owned.
Automate aspects of the device lifecycle including deploying and maintaining software, responding to security threats, distributing policies and settings along with analyzing resulting data.
Ensure proper Jamf Pro integration with InTune for compliance and reporting purposes.
Work closely with platform engineers to provide comprehensive support and training of the Microsoft Azure cloud computing services platform, focusing specifically on the endpoint experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, InTune, AutoPilot.
Ability to support Windows and Apple based hardware and software
Certifications: Candidate must have Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 and Azure certification.•
Strong business analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills-both written & verbal.
