Ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions based on trends, and data.

Manage campaigns under the guidance of the Account Manager to ensure they are meeting target KPIs, adhering to budget plan, and are providing a positive customer experience
Troubleshoot issues with campaign performance in regards to ad creative, bidding, budget, and targeting
Experience with Excel-Highly analytical, able to create targeted recommendations from raw data
Familiarity with Amazon Ads, Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central a plus-Have an eye for design and execute optimization to improve product listings, create A+ content and Brand Storefronts (only for clients that need/want content optimizations)-
Learns quickly when facing new problems, relentless learner, open to change, improves, enjoys challenges and finding solutions
Bachelor’s Degree Required

Handling Amazon Refunds
Handling Amazon Complaints
Coordination with Amazon Support Team.
