We are currently seeking highly qualified and experienced entomologists to join our Fumigation Department in Karachi.

Job Description: As an Entomologist in our Fumigation Department, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the import and export of agricultural commodities.

Conducting thorough inspections of agricultural commodities for pests and diseases
Handling port operations related to the fumigation process
Obtaining plant protection licenses from the Department of Plant Protection (DDP).
Collaborating with clients and the Plant Protection Department to ensure compliance with regulations
Preparation of importing country certification, customs/insurance declarations, and certification of origin
Liaising with clients and the Plant Protection Department to address queries and concerns
Inspecting and fumigating import and export items using methyl bromide and phosphine tablets

Qualifications:

Master's degree (MSc) in Entomology or a related field previous working experience in Plant Protection Quarantine, Karachi
In-depth knowledge of fumigation procedures, particularly with methyl bromide and phosphine tablets Familiarity with port operations and customs procedures
