Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all aspects of digital marketing including our marketing database, SEO/SEM, social media, email and display advertising campaigns.
Design, develop and maintain our social media calendar and strategy.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (KPIs and ROI).
Identify trends, optimize performance-based insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies; identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Provide perspective and work with internal teams to create brand recognition.
Work on marketing material such as blogs, Facebook posts, Instagram posts and tweets.
Write SEO-based engaging content for social media platforms, that is appealing and informative.
Monitor and respond to inquiries on all platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
2-3 years of work experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
Experience/Knowledge in managing and leading SEO/SEM, PPC, Facebook pixel, email, marketing database, social media and display marketing.
Knowledge of social media platforms (Youtube and Facebook), paid campaigns and organic reach is necessary.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Certification of Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Ad campaigns, Facebook Ad Campaigns & Facebook pixels)
Outstanding communication in both English and Urdu and interpersonal skills with strong analytical abilities.
