We are seeking an experienced Senior System Engineer with in-depth knowledge of Windows Servers, server migrations, and cloud-based platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Office 365 (O365), and Exchange. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex technical issues, overseeing server infrastructure, and supporting enterprise-level environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for Windows Server environments (installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting).
- Lead server migrations and upgrades (on-prem to cloud or cloud-to-cloud).
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, Active Directory, and security policies.
- Manage and support Office 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and user licensing.
- Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, work with cross-functional teams, and escalate to vendors when necessary.
- Maintain documentation, change logs, and standard operating procedures.
- Mentor junior support staff and assist in knowledge transfer.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar senior technical support role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).
- Experience with server migrations (on-prem to on-prem, Azure, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Exchange Online.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS/DHCP.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Timing: 6 pm to 2 am
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
- Work Location: In person
