UI / UX Designer Graphic Designer

We are looking for a UI / UX designer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing the design work to interpret new products and new marketing communications across multiple audiences and channels. This could be anything from creating awesome engaging landing pages, producing infographics and advertising assets to more in-depth customer acquisition products that require rigorous user testing and insight. You’ll work closely with both the marketing and product teams to create experiences that are engaging, answer the customer needs. We are on a mission to completely change the way companies seek Design and Development Solution, and this needs to come through in our design.

What we’re looking for in you For this role, you’ll have a background in user centred design and be used to carrying out both quantitative and qualitative research. We’d like to see evidence of digital brand experience/marketing design, as well as evidence of UX thinking and processes. We’re Looking for candidates with at least a few years professional experience, preferably in a startup environment (but that’s less necessary than just being plain good at design). Here are some further details: We need you to be passionate about design and innately know what constitutes good design A good understanding of UX practices (UX testing methodologies, etc) Knowledge of how to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data Ability to evaluate relevant KPIs and blend business objectives with user needs Understanding of digital product design at a good level and service design at a basic level (you may not be familiar with service design, but if not, look it up so you can tell us what it is!) Know the fundamentals of good design principles. Again, you might not be very familiar with the term ‘design principles’, but when you look it up, you’ll know what they are and understand why they’re important We need you to be a good communicator. Communication is a key part of what you’ll do, and you’ll need to be able to understand how to present your thinking We need you to be frank and honest, while also being diplomatic We need you to know when you don’t know stuff. It’s ok not to know. We want transparency with our thinking and we try hard to create an environment where we can tackle stuff together. No idea is a stupid idea and no question is a stupid question. Ask questions, admit when you don’t know stuff, as this helps us find the right solutions Care about our mission.

Design the future - The chance to innovate and design solutions that don’t yet exist and disrupt a market that needs changing. You’ll be a pivotal member of the team and will help shape the product.
