Intermediate/A level with fluent communication in English/Urdu both written and Verbal, knowledge of regional language would be a plus
Typing Speed: 30 WPM (Minimum in English)
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Contact Center operations (Voice) with good knowledge in MS Office

1. Resource should be dependable and punctual. Only morning shift is required for this campaign.
2. Minimum 01-year experience in a call center environment (Inbound/Outbound Call)
3. Good Customer Handling Skills (Complaints/Feedbacks)
4. Proficient in computer applications (Windows, Internet Browsing, MS office)
5. Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
6. Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills
