Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) Developer to lead our development team. As a Senior MERN Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing web applications using the MERN stack, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in web development
- Strong understanding of the MERN stack
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Proficiency in version control tools such as Git
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop web applications using the MERN stack
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Lead and mentor a team of junior developers
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of projects
- Identify and troubleshoot complex issues with web applications
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with new web development technologies and best practices
- Contribute to the improvement of the development process
- Develop and implement DevOps practices to improve the deployment process
Qualifications:
- Expertise in React Native and server-side rendering
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and SQL databases
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme
- Strong understanding of security best practices in web development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team of developers
