Provision of SZABIST Need-Based Scholarships to students;
a) Soliciting, processing and short listing of application forms, and preparing pre-interview evaluation sheets.
b) Organizing interview sessions, and finalizing interview score sheets and preparing merit list.
Facilitates provision of External-Donor Funded Scholarships;
a) Manages the scholarship process.
b) Prepare academic performance report of scholars, invoices for tuition fees, and provision of pertinent information.
c) Undertaking physical verification exercise for assessing the authenticity of the information provided by the students in the application forms.
d) Provide pertinent information for meetings organized with/by External donor agencies.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations required for monitoring and evaluation visits of the external donor agencies.
- Coordinate with SZABIST campuses for control documents and disbursement of scholarship funds.
Maintains external relations of SZABIST;
a) Process the memberships of SZABIST with the national and international associations.
b) Make arrangements for participation of faculty/ staff members in seminars/ conferences conducted by the above mentioned associations.
c) Make the administrative arrangements for organizing events for signing of MoUs, Make arrangements for presentations/seminars of external stakeholders in SZABIST.
