We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in compliance with local and national regulations
Conduct risk assessments and maintain a risk management register
Provide guidance and training to employees on HSE matters
Investigate and report on accidents and incidents
Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (knowledge of food safety will be an added advantage)
Liaise with external stakeholders such as regulatory bodies, clients, and contractors

Requirements:

At least a graduate degree in a relevant field
NEBOSH or IOSH certification
3+ years of experience as an HSE Officer or similar role
Strong knowledge of local and national HSE regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
