Incumbent must have strong experience in the QA of fruits and Vegetables from the time of receiving from the Farm to the consumption.
Having vast knowledge of Food Safety Standards especially in Food and Vegetable Hazards and establishing their controls.
Incumbent have to visit Fruit & Vegetable Market on daily basis to ensure the quality of product.
