We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Team Lead to join our talented team of digital marketing professionals. The SEO Team Lead will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's online marketing strategies and will be responsible for leading a team of SEO specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, ensuring they meet performance goals and objectives.

Collaborate with the management team to establish clear SEO strategies and roadmaps for clients.

SEO Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for clients, focusing on improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic.

Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.

On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:

Oversee on-page SEO efforts, including content optimization, metadata, and site architecture improvements.
Manage off-page SEO strategies, including link-building, content outreach, and partnerships to enhance online authority.

Technical SEO:

Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, ensuring websites are search engine friendly and mobile responsive.
Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Regularly monitor SEO performance and key metrics using various tools and analytics platforms.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports to clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:

Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Share knowledge and insights with the team to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in SEO, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or team management role.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Self-motivated, with a passion for staying updated on the latest SEO trends.
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive work environment.
