HR reporting and budgeting.

Performance Management.
The candidates should have the following skills at management level:
Effective managerial and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills – both in written and verbal English.
Excellent knowledge of local labour laws.
Strong IT literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
Highly organised, strong with delegation and diligent.
Confident speaker, trustworthy, intuitive and persistent.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
