Assist Salesteam in ensuring smooth functioning of Sales operations function in Head office & all regions.
Assist Salesteam in sales forecasting process and on customer services matters such as timely dispatch of stock to the customers, cheque deliveries and other related matters.
Ensure timely communication of the company policies/plans to the distributors to avoid any conflicts.
Responsible for verifying distributors claims as per company policies and ensuring timely reimbursement of the same.Handle all matter/queries relating the distributor management.
Ensuring immediate recovery of sales proceeds against dishonored cheques.
Responsible for processing all field forces expenses as per company policy.
Responsible for maintaining and updating records regarding sales operations.
To carry out any other assignment that is assigned by theline from time to time.
