The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Managing Director/CEO
The responsibility will include travel scheduling, file organization.
Maintaining calendar for CEO.
Follow-up on pending approvals and timely updating on meeting minutes.
Ability to produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints. The candidate will also support the planning and execution of major projects, conferences and other off-site meetings while working collaboratively with other executives to ensure backup coverage.
