Core Responsibilities:

Responsible for Time Information System (TIS) management including installation & configuration at different branches
Maintain Attendance and Leave Record in TIS
Enrolling current/newly hired employees in TIS System and update rosters accordingly
Liaison with the branches for the missing data and update records in the ERP
Provide training & support to the branches and resolve TIS related issues
Any other task assigned by Supervisor

Note: This position required 80% traveling.
