We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product or service solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Recommend products or services based on customer needs and preferences
- Achieve sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher.
- freshers –2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a passion for helping customers
