Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Tanbits, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business development and our development teams. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing data, and assisting in the estimation of project timelines and resources. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is passionate about technology.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business developers to gather and document detailed project requirements.
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in project estimation, including effort estimation and resource allocation.
Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process flows.
Provide ongoing support and communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

Specification/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in documenting project requirements and creating clear, concise documentation.
Experience with project estimation techniques.
Familiarity with a variety of technology stacks and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
