To assist and facilitate overall functions of Human Resource Department.
To develop an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
To assist in Designing and implementation of HR strategies and policies that are well aligned with the mission of the organization.
To coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff, and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises to the line manager about Human Resources issues.
To assist and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire Riphah.
To ensure organizational development including institution development, HR planning and advocacy.
To develop and supervise performance management.
Organizational behavior including the Organization culture, employee/ group behavior and to ensure they comply with the policies and procedures of the Riphah.
