Correspondence with securities & exchange commission of Pakistan. Correspondence with register joint stock companies, stock exchange, shareholders and other relevant bodies. To arrange Annual General & Extra Ordinary general meetings of the members. To Examine the transfer, transmission, & nomination. Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings (AGMs). Prepare and circulate minutes of meetings. Serve as a liaison with SECP, in which includes filling of all related forms. Following up on actions from meetings. Overseeing policies, making sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate committee for approval. Provide necessary support on the process of public the listing process at SECP end and other legal fronts. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries. Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decision made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders. Contributing to meeting discussions as and when required, and advising members of the legal, governance, accounting and tax implications of proposed policies. Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action. Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers, auditors and Legal Advisor. To prepare, approve, sign and seal agreements Prepare minutes’ register of BOD Meetings, AGM, EOGM registers.
