Responsibilities:

As a taxi operator or dispatcher you are responsible to make bookings or dispatch taxis respectively, as you will be getting inbound calls and you should be able to handle customer inquiries as well as dealing with the customers in a very professional and calmly manor.
Your main responsibility is to insure that all the bookings you make are looked after and the customers are satisfied with the service they are getting.

Work experience & Skills:

Work experience in call centres is a must & you must have a good grasp on the English language and vocabulary.
Atleast a minimum of 2 years in call centers experience. Fresh people are encouraged to apply if they know their english is up to the mark as this is a British campaign.
Must have basic computer operating knowledge & training will be provided to selected individuals.

Please note that you must have fluency & a good grasp of the english language, accent is not a problem.
American accent is accepted but please do know that you MUST have call Centre experience prior this one as the candidates who have no experience in call centers will NOT be preferred/considered.
