1- Familiar with Pakistan wind/Solar project development, EPC negotiation and construction process, have relationship within Federal Energy department and Independent Power Producers;
2- Responsible for obtain wind/Solar project opportunities and participate in local EPC project bidding;
3- Responsible for EPC project contract negotiations, including consortium agreement negotiation with partners, sub-contract negotiation with subcontractor and establish local supply chain system; 4- According to company market strategy, collect and analysis market information to complete annual target;
5- Presents proposals with prospective clients and customers. Develop and maintain relationship with local PV acting developers, consultant, and local agent;
6- Work closely with Engineering and Project Management teams to put up project proposals and bidding packages. Reviews and compares contract terms and conditions with company contract standards, and conduct commercial negotiation.
Job Qualification
1- Economic, Business, Electric power, Electrical and Mechanical, Marketing or related major bachelor degree or above;
2- Good communication and negotiation skills;
3- 5 years working experience in large energy enterprise or have at least 3 years’ experience in wind power and solar project.
