• Daily Checking of AC lab Activities; (Daily Units Receiving from Customers/ Dealers/ TCS / Replacement & Refund Units, Initial Inspection of Units, Checking of Warranty Documents, Estimate Preparation, Distribution of Units to Workshop Technicians for Repair, Issuance of Necessary Parts, Functional Testing of Repaired Units, Cleaning of Each Unit, Covering of each unit with Plastic Bags, Deliver the Ready Units to Customer/ ASP’s/ Dealers or Make Telephone Call to Customer, Daily Checking of Units Received VS Delivered and Take Necessary Action, Check AC lab Safety Issues especially R-32 gas & Resolve).
  • To allocate daily complaints to technicians and monitor/changes according to workload.
  • To make strong follow up with the technicians to control job TAT, if any previous job found pending with technicians, provide possible solution to technician.
  • To check and follow up with Pending jobs with the technicians, discuss with the supervisor for solution.
  • To Follow up of complaints with technicians for Job inspection, Part Demand, Successful Closing in CRM.
  • To ensure the error free DATA feeding with correct model # correct serial # correct fault description, correct diagnosis, correct fault rectification, correct parts replacement & correct remarks on job card as well as in CRM.
  • To make strong follow up with all Technicians regarding faulty Spare parts submit to store.
  • To check all system documents & records & take corrective action in case of any mistake.
  • To ensure that every staff member of the service Centre fulfills the rules and regulations of the Company.
  • To ensure that all staff members familiar with company JDs, KPIs & SOPs.
  • Follow up of each replacement / refund / dealer ledger adjustment case, should forward to service head office / manager and follow up till case close.
  • To Perform the Specific Task on time, assigned by manager.
  • To ensure the Monthly Incentive of each technician are being paid by Service Head Office / Accounts Dept. on time.
