Support data gathering efforts, assist in maintaining records, and follow up with HQ under the manager’s guidance
Assist in designing basic PPTs, PDFs, and Excel as guided; responsible for first drafts and formatting
Assist in script drafting, operate basic editing tools, and help in shoot setup and coordination
Collect competitor data, perform basic product comparisons, and submit for review
Help structure weekly/monthly/quarterly training calendars; support execution of plans set by the manager
Conduct in-store and small group training under supervision; co-host or assist in large sessions
Deliver basic orientation sessions locally or virtually; share product videos and manuals
Assist in preparation and rehearsal; may present at smaller or regional events under guidance
Compile attendance, feedback, and engagement data; assist in preparing reports for the manager
Any other task assigned by the management

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience in training, marketing, or retail operations
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu
Excellent presentation and public speaking and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Familiarity with data organization tools such as Excel and Google Sheets
Skilled in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere for creating engaging training content
Ability to use modern video editing tools, applications and digital content creation
Basic understanding of consumer electronics products
Familiarity with the retail electronics environment
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Ability to manage training schedules and meet deadlines
Ability to learn, adapt, and support training and development initiatives
Strong time management, multitasking, and meeting strict deadlines skills
Ability to work and collaborate in a cross-functional department and teams
Strong Analytical skills as this job requires extensive analysis within the industry.
