We are looking for an Experienced individual (Male) who is willing to work in the area of Marketing and Sales Development. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Should be familiar with or has been part of Real Estate marketing & sales activities.
  • Generate new ideas and business opportunities to increase sales to meet and exceed revenue goals (Attract New clients)
  • Organize and coordinate agenda discussions for the weekly Sales team meetings and other team events.
  • Support the Sales team in the development of proposals, taking sponsorships and daily reports in line with high-quality standards.
  • Takes the responsibility to initiate, plan, and implement all necessary activities, in a timely manner with the collaboration of the sales team in charge, to ensure that program goals and objectives are accomplished by the sales team.
  • Liaison with Sales team to enhance their working & motivational level
  • Keep proper follow-up of whichever campaign launched.
  • Extending support in Campaign development and activities for sales by sharing experience
  • Liaison with Head of Sales to maximize the benefits for the institute
  • Candidate must have 2-4 years experience as a Team Lead role.
