HG Marketing is a fast-growing B2B podcast agency dedicated to turning conversations into effective growth tools. We partner with consultants, coaches, agencies, and businesses to create revenue-generating podcast shows. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a strategic and highly organized Team Lead – Client Services & Content Operations. This role is essential for improving our delivery processes and leading a team of junior social media managers. The ideal candidate will optimize workflows, ensure campaign success, and maintain consistent quality across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Spotify.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Oversight
Lead and mentor junior podcast managers by managing their schedules and daily tasks. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster growth. Oversee the editing process to guarantee client instructions and quality standards are met. Address any delivery issues promptly and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
Workflow & Operations Management
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for planning, reviewing, and publishing content. Collaborate with the team to ensure quality control of all client deliverables. Assign tasks effectively and monitor daily team output to meet deadlines. Utilize content management tools such as Trello and Notion to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Client Delivery & Content Execution
Manage content calendars and publishing pipelines across multiple platforms including YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. Plan and publish podcast episodes along with supporting video, audio, and written materials, ensuring timely delivery. Track performance through analytics dashboards and align results with client objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with podcast managers, editors, content curators, and creative leads to maintain content quality and client satisfaction. Manage revisions based on content reviews and maintain proactive communication with clients and leadership about timelines and any challenges.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of three years’ experience in social media management, with at least one year in a leadership role. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-platform content and coordinate team workflows efficiently. Strong skills in content planning, editing oversight, and performance analytics. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Trello, Notion, ClickUp, and Slack. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related discipline. Expertise in platform-specific content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. Ability to handle multiple clients and consistently meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in podcast or digital content operations is highly desirable. The role offers a competitive full-time salary ranging from Rs120,000 to Rs180,000 per month. Flexible hybrid/remote work arrangement based in Gulberg III, Lahore. Standard working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
