Techologik is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead – Digital Sales to manage and inspire our night shift sales team. This role is centered on driving sales through creative digital platforms such as Discord, Twitch, Twitter, DeviantArt, and FanFiction. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to promote services including custom illustrations, comic development, and character art, with a goal of achieving monthly team sales targets between $5,000 and $10,000. This position requires on-site work during night hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, providing a unique opportunity to engage with vibrant online creative communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise an on-site sales team actively engaging users across platforms like Discord, Twitch, Twitter, DeviantArt, and FanFiction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and close deals within diverse creative communities.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance conversion rates and build strong client relationships.
- Monitor daily sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular performance reports to inform management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure sales offerings meet community interests and market demands.
- Maintain high standards of customer interaction and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in digital or creative sales, or sales within community-based environments.
- At least 6 months of leadership experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Hands-on experience using platforms such as Discord, Twitch, Twitter, DeviantArt, or FanFiction for engagement or sales activities.
- Strong communication skills paired with proven abilities in team management and closing sales.
- Availability to work on-site during the night shift hours of 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
