As a Medical Coordinator, you will lead a team of remote medical operators, ensuring exceptional service delivery. You'll manage communication, coordination, training, and task execution — playing a key role in maintaining smooth healthcare operations for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide a team of remote medical operators
Define team goals and track performance metrics
Assign tasks based on operator strengths and workload balance
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance coaching
Ensure timely resolution of issues and conflicts
Encourage teamwork and a positive remote work culture
Maintain accurate reporting: daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports
Review operator timesheets before payroll deadlines
Provide backup support during operator absences
Ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication and service
Lead the implementation of feedback from client meetings
Promote efficiency by reducing task completion times and minimizing errors

Daily Goals:

Increase operator productivity and reduce task turnaround times
Maintain 100% accuracy in reviewing and approving timesheets
Generate timely and error-free productivity reports
Support high client satisfaction by addressing queries efficiently

Educational & Professional Background:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business admin, or similar
Certification in medical or health-related areas is a plus
3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (front desk, billing, customer care)
1+ year of experience in a leadership role
Experience in US healthcare systems is highly preferred

Technical & Tool Proficiency:

Familiarity with tools like:
Asana
ZOHO Assist
Canva
Vonage & 8x8 (Phone systems)
MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
EHR Systems (AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, etc.)

Remote Work Requirements:

Laptop/Desktop (Intel Core i5 or i7, 8GB+ RAM)
High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) with backup ISP or access to an alternate location
High-resolution monitor (1080p or above)
Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
Backup power solution (UPS/generator)
