KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead entire Center team, prioritize work load and delegate activities among team
2. Prepare and monitor Center budget
3. Ensure achievement of business targets (revenue & profit)
4. Manage promotional and brand building activities to attract maximum walk-ins
5. Supervise counseling team to meet target conversion ratio
6. Ensure that academic objectives are met on daily basis
7. Ensure updated financial records of student, updated control sheet and other relevant financial SOPs
8. Manage job placement activities
9. Recruit and train employees.
10. Ensure timely progress of batches & student satisfaction
11. Visit external points like Schools, Colleges, Universities, Coaching Centers as a part of direct marketing plan and conduct brand awareness sessions
12. Innovate, plan and execute marketing Strategies for the Center
13. Prepare periodic reports on Center’s progress
14. Ensure that timely reports are submitted to stakeholders and all SOPs are complied with
