We are currently hiring a Female Project Manager with 6-12 months of experience for our night shift position. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to develop their project management skills while enjoying a work schedule that accommodates different preferences. Key Responsibilities:

Night Shift Management:

Oversee and manage project activities during the night shift.
Coordinate with teams across different time zones to ensure seamless project continuity.

Project Support:

Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring alignment with overall goals.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate the execution of project tasks and milestones.
Apply project management methodologies to contribute to project success.

Communication and Reporting:

Contribute to clear and concise communication within the project team.
Provide regular updates on project progress to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and production, to support project coordination.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve project processes.

Resource Assistance:

Assist in resource allocation and tracking to ensure projects stay within budget.
Identify and report potential risks or issues affecting project timelines.
Collaborate with team members to address challenges and find effective solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
6-12 months of relevant experience in project management or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
