Tech Hunt is seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to assist customers effectively
Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
Proactively identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team for resolution
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor, even in challenging situations
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
