Resource should provide a professional in Software Development Life Cycle with minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field of utility companies.
System performance UAT & Technical Knowledge sharing among department staff
Training for end-users & Technical documentation
All types of Data migration from one system to another system.
Development and implementation knowledge on API based integrations.
Development and implementation of mobile based solutions.
Implement Electricity Co…new requirements
Support Power /Electricity co. projects such as CRM, CCB and other projects handled.
Project time plan &adding new system processes.
updating Existing processes & Modifying process flow with respect to requirements
Bulk upload on changes done in data &CRM Integration create, update, delete
Data Control and Cleansing Activities &Providing Dump for external source according to the requirement provided.
Cooperating with external integration vendor & analyzing new requirement and update it accordingly.
Providing complete end to end support for end-users& Must have Strong working skill in handling Database such as Oracle and SQL on latest versions.

Support team Experience & Knowledge:

Has experience on Implementing Oracle CC&B on Electricity and have at least a basic knowledge on how they function.
Ability to translate Power/Electricity Company requirement according to CC&B Design Requirements using the best approach available.
Should be able to Support, Investigate, Fix and Document any Issues raised by Power/Electricity Company ..on CC&B project Implementation
Has experience on CC&B Integration with other Oracle Products or Software.
Should be able to write complex queries and be able to satisfy the sudden requests for CC&B Information from different Departments and applications such as D365 (Microsoft Dynamics), Billing (Orion) and other systems.
Should know CC&B, D365 (Microsoft Dynamics) and Billing (Orion) Parent and Child Table structures and its corresponding Fields.
Should be able to identify which Table(s) a certain Field is mapped to .
Should be able to read, understand and create PL/SQL.
