We are seeking a highly versatile and motivated individual to join our team as Technical Project Support Executive .This role combines the responsibilities of IT support with project coordination, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling technical support requests, managing IT projects, conducting outreach and coordinating activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and effectively to technical support requests from employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide solutions.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems (chromebook), software (Chrome Education Upgrade), and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Assist with setting up new chromebooks and installing Chrome Education Upgrade Licenses.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords, ensuring data integrity and security.
Conduct regular system audits to identify potential issues and take preventive measures.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes and action items.
Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and the IT department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Training on chromebooks and licenses will be provided
Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and system administration.
Owns a bike for commuting to meetings. (Allowances for work meetings will be provided)
