• Arrange travel and accommodations, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
  • Manage maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment etc.
  • Reconciliation of corporate mobile billing and process their payments,
  • Support Admin manager in managing contracts and price negotiations with vendors,
  • service providers and office lease etc.
  • Assign and monitor clerical, administrative, and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office support staff, and Coach, mentor, and discipline them.
  • Ordering of all stationery and IT equipment for the office
  • Handling of all staff queries and complaints
  • Support Manager in updating of fixed asset register.
  • Ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms and reduce costs
  • Support in finalizing purchase details of orders and deliveries
  • Support manager in getting purchase orders approved and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
  • Compare proposals for price and specifications.
  • Support Manager in floating RFQ’s & RFP
  • Process purchase orders to acquire goods
