Work with the Project Managers and Business Analysts to develop high level project schedule resource plans for implementation projects.
Provides thought leadership to fellow team members and provides high level technical architecture and drives design and build of business applications and supporting functions based upon identified business requirements and used cases.
Collect, evaluates, analyzed customers’ data on their current technology products and services as well as company network infrastructures and IT equipment to develop, designs and recommends detailed end to end solutions for new facilities and/or facility expansions to enhance and streamline their business productivity, continuity, and ROI together on how it will generate and increase possible revenue.
Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a technical expert.
Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.
Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
Support Team Management.
Deployment / Designing of Complex Network.
Meeting with Customer on SLA and KPI’s
