- Experience configuring, upgrading, and implementing multiple OIM/OAM/OAAM and
- OUD/OID versions – 11G R2 11G PS2, 11G PS3, 12C, and dependent software.
- Good experience in SAML, Kerberos, ADFS, WNA, etc.
- Expert level understanding of OIM/OAM/OAAM and OUD database schema and tables across versions.
- Experience implementing highly scalable and highly available OIM/OAM/OAAM and OUD solutions.
- IDM Operations/Administration: OAM/OAAM, OIG/OIM, OID, WebLogic Server, Configuration, and IDM DB monitoring.
- Experience installing OIM/OAM/OAAM and OUD for SSL configurations.
- Experience designing and implementing OIG connector integrations with common target systems like AD, Exchange, Directories, Databases, Web Services, and Flat Files.
- Deep understanding of common standards like SPML, REST, SCIM, OAUTH.
- Hands-on experience working with OIM System Administration and Design Console Features for configuring and implementing connectors to satisfy customer requirements.
- Experience in Oracle Access Manager integration with applications such as Oracle ERP, CRM, Websphere, Oracle, Weblogic, etc.
- Hands-on experience configuring and administering OIM features for RBAC, SOD, and Certifications.
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing OIM plugin extension points (Event handlers, Plugins, Scheduled Jobs) for supporting business requirements.
- High level of expertise and comfort developing code with Java programming language for standard integrations like JDBC, JNDI, IO. Deep understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience developing BIP reports satisfying customer reporting requirements.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, UNIX, Linux, Windows, etc.
