Responsibilities & Duties
- Gather and analyze requirements from multiple teams to design, deploy, and support of various enterprise middleware technologies
- Lead problem resolution and improvement efforts
- Provide input to project planning, estimation, budget, resource, and technology planning
- Enhance middleware integration procedures and patterns
- Provide technology leadership in middleware solutions and messaging systems: TIBCO, and WSO2
- Escalation point for all technical issues
- Working closely with team members
- Ensuring other team members are involved and skilled in technical areas
- Able to demonstrate high initiatives and ownership of issues
- Must be able to act as a leader and set the example for other team members
Required Skill Set
- 2-3 years of experience in creating and maintaining enterprise grade applications including SOA and messaging systems
- Experience with at least one middleware product e.g. TIBCO BW, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion, WSO2 ESB/EI
- Programming experience in at least one language preferably Java
- Familiarity with a scripting language (Python, Bash etc.)
- Familiarity with a database system
- Excellent Linux and Windows skills
- Exceptional oral and written skills
