Techliance is a USA based company with its Head office in Salt Lake City and over 40 employees globally. Techliance provides web and software development services including offshore IT outsourcing to small and medium sized businesses. We have over 15 years of industry experience with amazing range of skills, deep vertical industries expertise and excellence in top technologies, like .NET Core, PHP, Laravel, VueJS, ReactJS, SQL Server and mobile app development. We also provide business process analysis, software redesign, software architecture, offshore IT outsourcing, search engine optimization, graphic design and software development consultancy services.
We are looking for experienced and motivated individual who has five years’ experience in data migration. You will be working together with 2 talented and engaged teammates and Migration Lead as a part of a larger Implementation Team. As a senior member of the team, you will participate and drive the delivery from the technology front and ensure smooth development, implementation and support.
Short Lead time is preferred.

- The salary range is 180K to 250K but is negotiable based on skill set and experience.
Responsibilities
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent technical and communication skills.
- Responsible for analysis, design, coding, testing & implementation of software deliverables in a fast paced environment.
- Developing, maintaining, testing and implementing applications in C#.
- Extracting the data from different source systems, understanding the requirements, transforming the data when needed and data loading.
- Compliance with organizational coding standards and release policies
- Ability to work independently, flexible, self-motivated and a team player.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Source Code Control and Management using TFS.
Required Skills:
- Minimum SQL Server and C# experience of 5 years
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
- Must have experience of .SQL Server and C#
- Knowledge of all types of joins, grouping and aggregation, unions, writing procedures and functions. Creating tables and views.
- Experience in Data Migration Projects
- Experience with relational databases, data analysis and data conversions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Experience in ERP implementations
- Basic understanding of financial terms (for instance, what is debit/credit, chart of accounts, invoice, journal)
- Knowledge of SSIS
- Must possess strong Object Oriented Programming & analytical skills.
- Very high productivity and effective time management in assignments.
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills
- Experience in Source Control using TFS is required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- MS.Net certification is a plus.
- 5 years experience in development.
